Associated Equipment Corporation Announces Retirement of Joe Mocerino and Welcomes Steve Pilidis as New Distribution Sales Manager
Associated Equipment Corporation (AEC) announces the retirement of Joe Mocerino, Region Sales Manager, effective November 26, 2025. We thank Joe for his outstanding contributions and dedication to AEC over the past 15 years. Joe has played a key role in growing our aftermarket distribution sales and was instrumental in establishing several new strategic customer relationships during his time with the company.
“Joe brought us a wealth of aftermarket industry experience,” said Kim Cottle, President and CEO of AEC. “We will miss having Joe on the team, but we know he’s looking forward to spending time relaxing and enjoying family and friends. We’re incredibly appreciative that he chose to finish his career with Associated Equipment.”
“I look forward to spending more time with family and enjoying my favorite pastimes – golf and drinking, not necessarily in that order,” laughed Mocerino.
As we celebrate Joe’s retirement, we are equally excited to announce that Steve Pilidis has joined AEC as our new Distribution Sales Manager. Steve brings a strong background in category management with a leading automotive supplier, as well as sales management with his most recent assignment.
